About the Position

The Ritz-Carlton in Perth is seeking a dedicated Porter Valet to contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences by efficiently managing vehicle and luggage services. This role emphasizes building lasting relationships, inspiring excellence, and upholding the company’s renowned Gold Standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and guide vehicle traffic on the premises to ensure smooth and effective flow.
• Park and retrieve vehicles from designated parking areas in a timely manner.
• Provide guests with accurate directions and detailed information about property amenities, services, operational hours, and local attractions.
• Assist guests by loading, unloading, storing, retrieving, and transporting luggage to and from rooms.
• Handle special guest requests such as arranging transportation, reservations, or other services by coordinating with appropriate providers.

Required Skills and Experience

• Possess a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification accredited nationally.
• Hold the I’m Alert Food Safety Certification issued by the City of Perth.
• Have an unrestricted Western Australia Driver’s Licence.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Perth local area.
• Exhibit a strong passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain unrestricted working rights in Australia.
