About the Role

We invite motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Porters at LV Petroleum LLC, located at 7265 North Baker Rd, Fremont, IN. This role is crucial for upholding the cleanliness and operational efficiency of our facility, creating a pleasant environment for both staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine cleaning duties in areas such as restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces.
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming tasks.
• Manage waste by emptying trash bins and ensuring proper disposal.
• Assist with minor maintenance activities and notify management regarding significant repairs.
• Support event setups and takedowns as required.
• Keep cleaning supplies well-stocked and orderly.
• Deliver excellent customer service by welcoming guests and helping with inquiries.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferably possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in cleaning or custodial work is advantageous.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying weights up to 50 pounds.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
• Communicate effectively with a courteous and friendly attitude.
• Work efficiently both independently and within a team.
• Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
