Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reaching departmental goals related to yield and operational efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the workspace.
• Comply with company policies concerning Quality, Health, Safety, and other regulations.
• Transport carcasses throughout the production facility.
• Operate in a chilled working environment.
• Utilize knives and other tools for cutting and trimming meat appropriately.
• Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures diligently.
• Correctly use and store all provided personal protective equipment, including chainmail and knives.
• Manage the intake process and weigh carcasses to ensure they fulfill customer specifications.
