Role Summary

We are looking for a Porter to become part of our Maintenance team, responsible for upkeeping cleanliness and safety across various property areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Leasing Office, Clubhouse, Pool, and communal spaces remain clean and visually appealing at all times.
• Keep streets, curbs, and sidewalks clean and free of debris.
• Sweep all breezeways and stairways regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness in laundry rooms.
• Clean doors and light globes thoroughly.
• Replace exterior light bulbs when necessary.
• Maintain the pool area and furniture in a clean and orderly condition.
• Clean the mailroom regularly.
• Empty trash receptacles frequently, checking at least daily.
• Notify the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager regarding any inoperable vehicles on the premises.
• Report potential safety hazards or liabilities observed on the property.
• Support apartment turnover activities by assisting in unit make-readies and cleaning.
• Help with snow removal activities as needed.
• Adhere strictly to company and community policies relevant to the assigned property.
• Assist in complying with all company standards and operational goals for the property.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the company periodically.
