Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in both kitchen and dining areas by washing pots, pans, and other cookware efficiently.
• Ensure kitchens adhere to strict sanitation protocols and timelines while following standard operating procedures for all cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to keep cooking and storage equipment in good condition and properly stored.
• Support team efforts to turn over workstations quickly and dismantle stations at the end of shifts.
• Exemplify and promote the culture of Enlightened Hospitality consistently through dependable performance and integrity.
• Carry out any additional tasks as needed to aid operational success and team objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in kitchen support roles within similar foodservice environments.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods without difficulty.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus but not mandatory.
