About the Role

LV Petroleum LLC seeks motivated Porters to join our team in Salina, Kansas. Porters will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and safety across our facilities to ensure an excellent environment for visitors and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly clean and sanitize public restrooms, break rooms, and other communal spaces, ensuring hygiene standards are upheld.
• Perform routine tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to keep all areas spotless.
• Assist with event and meeting setup and teardown within company facilities.
• Manage cleaning supply inventories and notify management when stock levels require replenishment.
• Support minor maintenance tasks and report significant issues to the maintenance team promptly.
• Engage positively with guests and coworkers to foster a friendly and welcoming environment.
• Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure workplace.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in custodial or cleaning roles is beneficial but not essential.
• Physical capability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds comfortably.
• High attention to cleanliness detail and an initiative-driven mindset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Flexible schedule, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
