Job Overview

This role focuses on ensuring tenant satisfaction by keeping the property units clean and safe. The position involves support across several property locations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for new tenants, maintaining a professional appearance consistently.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks in leasing offices, amenity spaces, laundry rooms, and other communal areas as directed by management.
• Manage and maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment belonging to the property or management company.
• Respond politely and efficiently to resident and management inquiries, and report any unusual situations concerning property or residents.
• Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Basic literacy: ability to read simple two- and three-syllable words and understand basic numbers.
• Ability to communicate using simple sentences.

Physical Demands

This position requires frequent lifting and moving of items up to 75 pounds with the help of machinery and equipment, such as for installing outdoor air conditioning units. Frequent bending or stooping is necessary to access equipment. Knowledge and skill in safely handling cleaning fluids and tools is required.

Compensation

The expected pay rate is $21.00 per hour, with the final pay determined by experience, skills, and internal equity.
