Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role centers on outbound B2B lead generation. This position involves engaging business clients to create sales appointments for our global technology customers. It suits individuals motivated by earnings and targets, aiming to establish a rewarding sales career. While experience is an advantage, it is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a campaign team to meet client goals.
- Conduct outbound business calls representing leading tech brands.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities.
- Perform follow-up activities to help close sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and objectives.
Candidate Profile
- At least one year in sales, hospitality, customer service, or similar roles.
- Fluent in both English and Polish.
- Strong communication and customer-focus skills.
- Driven by targets and financial incentives.
- Resilient, confident, competitive, and persistent with a positive mindset.
- Adaptable, curious, and hardworking, with self-motivation.
Preferred: Degree-level education and fluency in Portuguese.

- Competitive base salary between £27,000 and £30,000 with on-target earnings of £40,000.
