Job Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex construction projects using modular building techniques.
• Coordinate and manage various trades on the project, including thorough documentation and correspondence.
• Supervise and verify the work performed by your team as well as by external contractors on site.
• Ensure adherence to schedules and budget plans throughout the construction process.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize construction workflows.

Candidate Qualifications

• Educational background as a civil engineer, architect, or construction technician, either through a degree or appropriate technical training.
• Preferably, prior experience in construction management on large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with technical knowledge, responsibility for project success, and team motivation skills.
• Capable of professional, solution-oriented responses to unexpected situations.
• Valid driving license category B.
