Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage shell construction and turnkey projects with full autonomy.
• Organize and coordinate all operational activities on construction sites.
• Oversee site execution to ensure smooth progress.
• Guarantee structured and timely project delivery.
• Coordinate all involved trades and project participants.
• Ensure seamless site operations without disruptions.
• Work exclusively on construction projects located within Berlin.

Candidate Profile

• Completed training as a certified site supervisor (Voll-Polier).
• At least five years of practical experience on the execution side of construction.
• Familiarity with shell construction and/or turnkey building projects.
• Highly organized and methodical working habits.
• Ability to work independently with responsibility.
• Motivation to engage with diverse and challenging construction assignments.
