Job Overview
This role supports the fulfillment of all classes of commercial insurance policies, ensuring timely and accurate policy processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle processing tasks for various commercial lines policies.
- Manage a processing portfolio to meet designated turnaround times for policy fulfillment.
- Ensure the accuracy of policy documents and adherence to standard operating procedures and guidelines.
- Contribute to the rollout of new business models and workflows.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as necessary.
- Support additional duties or activities as assigned.
- Take accountability for monitoring business and regulatory compliance risks, applying appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Stay informed on industry trends related to compliance, emerging threats, and technologies to better protect the company.
- Proactively communicate potential concerns or risks and share risk management best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a degree or an equivalent professional qualification.
- 3 to 5 years minimum relevant experience in group insurance, employee benefits, or account management roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
- Demonstrated energy, service orientation, and customer focus.
- Ability to adapt, remain resilient, and work independently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and soft skills to nurture long-term relationships.
- High integrity, responsibility for personal work, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Proactive in process improvement and open to embracing change.
