Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and interpret legislation, regulations, and policy trends within assigned domains.
• Prepare policy briefs, position statements, and recommendation memos.
• Develop models or scenario analyses to assess different policy options.
• Monitor important legislative bills, regulatory actions, and policy updates.
• Collaborate with public affairs, legal, and product teams on interdisciplinary matters.
• Assist with stakeholder engagement and support external policy-related communications.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in policy analysis, research, or governmental roles.
• Proficient in research using both primary and secondary information sources.
• Outstanding written communication skills specifically in policy documentation.
• Knowledge of quantitative analysis and fundamental modeling techniques.
• Experienced in interacting with regulators, advocacy groups, and academic communities.
• Advanced degree (Master's) in public policy, economics, or a related discipline is advantageous.
