PMO & Strategy Director

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned PMO and Strategy Director to spearhead our organization’s strategic planning, project management oversight, and corporate performance monitoring in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This leadership role involves guiding the translation of strategic goals into executable plans and ensuring their successful completion across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the corporation’s overarching strategy and its associated initiatives.
• Found and maintain the Project Management Office (PMO) governance structure, methodologies, and standards.
• Supervise delivery of complex and cross-departmental projects ensuring adherence to scope, schedules, and objectives.
• Develop metrics and KPIs at both corporate and departmental levels for continuous performance evaluation.
• Create executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations tailored for the CEO and leadership team.
• Analyze operational risks, detect performance deficiencies, and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Drive change through transformation projects, improve processes, and support corporate growth strategies.
• Ensure departmental strategies align with the broader organizational strategy.
• Mentor and lead the Strategy & PMO team, fostering professional growth and team effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, or closely related discipline.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or comparable advanced degree preferred.
• Between 10 to 15 years or more experience in Strategy formulation, PMO leadership, Business Transformation, or Corporate Performance Management.
• Prior exposure to HR services, manpower supply, outsourcing, or workforce solutions is advantageous.
• Possession of project management certifications such as PMP, PMI-PMOCP, or equivalent is beneficial.
• Demonstrated strong capabilities in analysis, leadership, stakeholder communications, and relationship management.
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages is required for seamless communication.
