Role Overview
The PMO Junior position involves managing and reporting on financial operations related to Build, Maintain, and Operate functions. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and labor management to support efficient resource and financial governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and report on financial activities such as actuals, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis for Build, Maintain and Operate functions.
- Assist with month-end closing processes including accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, and flash reporting.
- Coordinate the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles, including validating data, consolidating inputs, and preparing management reports.
- Manage tracking of cost allocations, recoveries, recharges, and savings from Strategic Cost Management initiatives.
- Deliver clear financial and workforce insights to aid management decisions and facilitate governance reviews.
- Handle resource demand and supply planning, including headcount budgeting and capacity management tasks.
- Process hiring requests from initiation and approval to onboarding and closure stages.
- Maintain precise workforce records across systems and trackers, capturing staff movements, work classifications, team allocations, and organizational data.
- Monitor recruitment status, vacancies, attrition rates, and resource changes while promptly escalating any discrepancies or concerns.
- Support internal resource deployment and workforce optimization spanning multiple locations, staffing types, and external vendors.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies in data, process flows, and operational issues.
- Provide support for ad hoc analysis, reporting, and management directives as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in technology finance or workforce management is essential; banking sector experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated strong analytical capability to interpret complex financial and workforce datasets, converting them into actionable insights and concise executive summaries.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
