Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to oversee data engineering initiatives centered around Databricks, Apache Spark, and ETL processes. The professional will ensure comprehensive project execution, manage stakeholders, and facilitate seamless collaboration between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively manage all phases of data project delivery and ensure successful completion.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Databricks, Apache Spark, and ETL methodologies.
• Oversee project scope, schedules, risk factors, interdependencies, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate closely with data engineering, architectural, business units, and client teams.
• Lead project planning activities, conduct regular status updates, resolve issues promptly, and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
• Employ Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive project execution efficiently.

Qualifications & Language Requirement

• PMP certification is mandatory/preferred for this role.
• Must possess professional-level proficiency in Mandarin due to frequent interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.
