PMIS (Unifier/P6) Administrator

Overview

We are inviting an experienced Unifier Specialist to join our water and wastewater projects division. The chosen candidate will handle the administration, customization, and optimization of the Unifier platform to enhance project management processes and ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of the Unifier system including user permissions, security configurations and overall system setup.
• Customize modules, workflows, and business procedures within Unifier to meet project and organizational needs.
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy by enforcing validation rules and quality control measures.
• Configure and sustain integrations between Unifier and other project management or enterprise systems.
• Work alongside IT departments to design and deploy data interfaces, APIs, and web services for efficient system interoperability.
• Address integration challenges, conduct system tests, and liaise with vendors to resolve issues or introduce improvements.
• Offer training and technical assistance to project teams on Unifier features, fostering efficient use and knowledge adoption.
• Create detailed training resources, user manuals, and support content to boost user competence.
• Act as the main expert contact for all Unifier-related questions, trouble-shooting, and solution provision.
• Evaluate project management and system usage patterns aiming for system enhancements and operational improvements.
• Recommend and apply system upgrades, modifications, and customizations to elevate efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Monitor system health through audits and optimize performance for responsiveness and dependability.
• Design and update tailored reports, dashboards, and visual data summaries utilizing Unifier's reporting features to deliver insights on project metrics.
• Partner with project leaders and stakeholders to define necessary KPIs, reports, and analytical tools supporting project tracking and informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of over five years professional experience.
• Strong expertise in Primavera Unifier platform.
• Technical background in Oracle Primavera and ERP systems.
