About the Role

WPS is seeking a skilled Plumber to join their Responsive Maintenance team based at the Finsbury Park office in London. This role involves delivering reactive plumbing maintenance services to residents in social housing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repair and renewal tasks efficiently.
• Utilize multi-trade capabilities to complete minor maintenance jobs.
• Work collaboratively with team members and contractors to handle more complex assignments.
• Use a PDA device to receive, update, and manage job information accurately.
• Coordinate with schedulers to report and arrange follow-up work as necessary.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and the clients.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of NVQ Level 2 qualification in Plumbing.
• Holds a valid full UK driving licence.
• Proven experience working as a plumber in similar settings.
• Excellent communication skills paired with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of managing work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
