Job description
Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled plumber to perform routine preventive care and urgent repairs of plumbing systems to ensure their smooth operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and emergency repairs on plumbing systems.
- Fix leaks in various types of pipelines including GI, CPVC, UPVC, HDPE, and PPR materials.
- Set up and service water supply networks, drainage, and sewage pipelines.
- Maintain restroom equipment such as toilets, wash basins, urinals, and faucets.
- Operate and check the functioning of pumps, including domestic, booster, and sump pumps.
- Clear blockages in drainage systems and service rainwater pipelines.
- Document daily maintenance tasks and track material usage meticulously.
- Work collaboratively with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Facility teams during urgent repair situations.
