Role Overview

WPS is seeking a certified Plumber to join the Responsive Maintenance team based at the Finsbury Park office. The position involves providing responsive maintenance services on our social housing contract, addressing plumbing repairs and maintenance needs for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repairs and replacement work as required.
• Execute minor maintenance tasks utilizing multi-trade abilities.
• Work collaboratively with team members and subcontractors on complex tasks.
• Operate PDA devices to receive and update job information efficiently.
• Coordinate with schedulers regarding any subsequent work.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service toward residents and clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess NVQ Level 2 qualification in Plumbing.
• Hold a valid full UK driving licence.
• Have prior plumbing experience in a comparable setting.
• Demonstrate strong communication and troubleshooting abilities.
• Be capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines.
