Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to oversee the delivery of our enterprise AI platform and its client implementations. This pivotal role integrates engineering, architecture, deployment, and product delivery functions. You will orchestrate multiple technical workstreams, remove obstacles, manage interdependencies, and ensure high-quality deliverables from our engineering teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive delivery of multiple simultaneous technical programs and key strategic projects.
• Coordinate across engineering, architecture, deployment, and platform groups to implement enterprise AI solutions effectively.
• Manage release schedules, production launches, and go-live procedures spanning various teams.
• Handle project timelines, mitigate risks, resolve dependencies, and address technical impediments to maintain program momentum.
• Facilitate Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and roadmap discussions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering leadership, product management, architects, and executive stakeholders to harmonize priorities.
• Establish robust delivery governance, comprehensive reporting, and operational rhythms organization-wide.
• Translate organizational goals into detailed, actionable technical project plans.
• Pursue continuous enhancements in delivery methodologies, execution quality, and operational efficiencies.

Candidate Profile

• Expertise in creating and maintaining delivery governance frameworks and program operational cadences.
• Proven capability to convert business strategies into tangible technical execution plans.
• Experience with delivering developer platforms, APIs, AI platforms, or engineering enablement initiatives.
• Minimum of six years’ experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Delivery Leadership, or a related domain.
• Strong track record managing complex technical projects from inception through successful production rollout.
• Skilled in juggling multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities effectively.
• Proficient in coordinating multidisciplinary teams involving engineering, architecture, and deployment.
• Hands-on experience leading enterprise-grade software releases and production deployments.
• Solid background in Agile and Scrum methodologies and their practical application.
