Platform Operations Engineer – IAM

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Platform Operations Engineer with a specialization in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our energetic team in Singapore. This position focuses on managing and securing platform access while ensuring optimal system functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and fine-tune IAM systems deployed across multiple platforms.
• Continuously monitor platform health and address any operational challenges.
• Apply and enforce security policies related to access control mechanisms.
• Work jointly with various teams to improve the dependability of platform services.
• Handle incident responses and conduct thorough root cause investigations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for operational procedures and system configurations.

Candidate Profile

• At least five years of professional experience in platform operations or related IAM roles.
• Deep understanding of IAM protocols, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Hands-on experience managing identity lifecycle processes.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting tools to streamline operations.
• Strong analytical skills for problem resolution.
• Capability to communicate effectively and collaborate well within a team environment.
