About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform plastering tasks including repairs, skimming, patching, and rendering.
• Restore homes to high standards following maintenance and repair activities.
• Operate within occupied social housing environments efficiently and respectfully.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents throughout the repair processes.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and other tradespeople to complete repair jobs effectively.
• Maintain safety, professionalism, and high-quality workmanship in all tasks.

Candidate Profile

• Holds NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or possesses equivalent practical experience.
• Possesses a full valid UK driving licence.
• Has experience working in maintenance, repair, or social housing sectors.
• Takes pride in delivering work of excellent quality.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
• Can work independently and manage workload efficiently.
