Role Overview

To support the company’s operational efficiency and growth goals, we urgently seek to appoint a Planning Officer 1 to ensure effective management of Work In Progress (WIP) and to help sustain productivity and meet operational targets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management related to work in progress (WIP).
• Maintain and update production data within the company’s ERP system.
• Manage the transfer process of finished goods from production lines to the finished goods (FG) store.
• Coordinate and prepare data for SQDCE meetings to support continuous improvement.
• Create and update production master data including items, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and routings.
• Conduct regular stock-taking activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist with weekly production planning tasks in the absence of the supervisor.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or an equivalent field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in a related role.
• Competent in managing inventory effectively within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with ERP manufacturing modules is essential.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage teams with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Effective problem-solving aptitude.
• Customer service oriented mindset to ensure internal and external stakeholder satisfaction.
