Role Overview
The Planning Engineer is responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking project progress, and reporting on performance metrics. This role also involves conducting delay analyses and aiding in the scheduling and coordination of project tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and oversee project timelines and schedules using Primavera P6.
- Support delay analysis activities and generate relevant reports.
- Monitor project progress and highlight any schedule deviations or delays.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Preferably holds a Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Possesses between five to seven years of professional experience in planning engineering roles.
- Certified in Oracle Primavera P6.
- Experience with land development projects and WAFI planning methodologies.
Essential Competencies
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6 and scheduling techniques.
- Behavioral Traits: Strong analytical thinking and excellent organizational capabilities.
