Role Responsibilities
- Deliver scheduling services throughout various building projects, with a focus on data centers.
- Perform pre-baseline reviews of contractors’ schedules to verify compliance with contractual and industry scheduling standards.
- Generate progress update reports, identifying critical schedule risks and opportunities for clients.
- Propose corrective measures and develop acceleration programs if significant delays occur.
- Support senior schedulers with delay analysis and claims management.
- Coordinate meetings with client stakeholders to capture their inputs and incorporate them into an Integrated Master Works Programme, linking all dependencies with the main contractor’s schedule.
Qualifications and Skills
- A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction, Building, Project Management, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least five years of experience as a scheduler or planner on building projects; experience with data center developments is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Project and Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Preferably hands-on on-site construction experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end construction processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
