About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver scheduling support across a variety of building projects.
- Perform pre-baseline evaluations of contractors' schedules to ensure alignment with contractual and industry-defined standards.
- Develop progress update reports, identifying key scheduling risks and potential opportunities for clients.
- Advise on corrective measures and devise acceleration strategies in the event of significant project delays.
- Conduct detailed delay analyses and support senior scheduling staff in managing delay claims.
- Coordinate meetings with multiple client stakeholders to gather input and deliverables for the project, creating an Integrated Master Works Programme that synchronizes all dependencies with the main contractor’s timeline.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a tertiary qualification preferably in Engineering, Construction, Building, or Project Management, or aligned relevant experience.
- A minimum of five years' experience serving as a Scheduler or Planner on building projects; experience with Data Center projects is especially advantageous.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
- Preference for candidates with prior on-site experience in construction projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire construction process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
