Job description
About the Role
We seek a diligent and well-organized Placement Coordinator to oversee and streamline all aspects of student placement initiatives at our institute in Bengaluru. This role entails close engagement with recruiters, students, academic staff, and internal teams to facilitate effective campus hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central communication link between students, faculty, and external recruiting firms, conveying details about job vacancies, eligibility, and recruitment procedures.
- Organize and manage campus recruitment activities including scheduling interviews in collaboration with HR departments, arranging venues, seating, and technical requirements, and ensuring a seamless experience during pre-placement presentations, aptitude tests, group discussions, and interviews.
- Coordinate training programs such as workshops and mock interviews to prepare students, support resume development, and maintain detailed, updated placement databases containing student profiles.
- Maintain accurate records on eligibility, participation, and selection outcomes; generate placement reports for management insights and accreditation compliance.
- Develop and sustain strong partnerships with companies to encourage repeat recruitment visits and proactively attract new recruiters.
- Ensure adherence to company-specified criteria for student interviews and clearly communicate placement-related rules, policies, and schedules to students.
- Manage recruitment event timelines vigilantly to prevent delays and provide immediate solutions during placement drives.
- Gather and analyze feedback from recruiters and students to enhance placement activities and recommend relevant skill development initiatives aligned with industry demands.

Terms & Conditions
This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru. The monthly salary ranges from 18,000 to 22,000 INR.
