Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group Pilates Reformer sessions at varying levels.
• Assess clients' needs and tailor exercises accordingly.
• Ensure correct and safe exercise performance by clients.
• Monitor client progress and adapt sessions as needed.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure a high-quality client experience.

Requirements

• Prior practical experience training Pilates Reformer.
• Experience working in recognized sports clubs, Pilates studios, or fitness centers.
• Certified qualification in Pilates Reformer from an accredited institution.
• Active Pilates Instructor Certification.
• Valid professional license to practice Pilates training as per Saudi regulations.
• Strong knowledge of Reformer Pilates techniques with ability to modify exercises for diverse levels.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
• Commitment to professional safety and quality standards.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
