Picker / Packer - Warehouse Associate

Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a Warehouse Associate for a permanent full-time position located in Asansol, West Bengal. The role involves handling picking and packing tasks in a warehouse setting, requiring accuracy and adherence to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve products/items from assigned warehouse areas.
• Pack items carefully following specified instructions.
• Use handheld scanners to scan products accurately.
• Verify quantity and quality of products during processing.
• Maintain precision in picking, packing, and scanning activities.
• Adhere to warehouse safety protocols and operational standards.
• Keep the workplace clean and maintain discipline.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly base salary of ₹11,500.
• Attendance bonus amounting to ₹1,000.
• Additional ₹1,000 as monsoon bonus.
• Night shift allowance of ₹120 per night.
• Overtime paid at ₹126 per hour.
• Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) benefits provided.
• Extra ₹1,500 monthly for candidates residing beyond 100 kilometers.
