About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join Aditya Wire and Cable, responsible for driving sales and brand presence in the construction sector. This full-time, field-sales position is based in Surat, Gujarat.
Key Duties
- Conduct daily visits to construction sites to identify ongoing projects.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with builders, contractors, electrical consultants, and site engineers directly.
- Explain technical details, quality standards, and pricing of the company's wire and cable products.
- Enhance brand visibility and manage branding efforts across construction sites and trade networks.
- Generate new business leads and maintain consistent follow-up to close sales deals.
- Provide market feedback and submit daily visit reports to the sales manager.
Salary and Working Conditions
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 20,000 and 25,000 INR.
