Overview

Blinkit is seeking dedicated Picker & Packer associates to join multiple store locations throughout Bengaluru. This full-time role invites candidates with any educational background, including freshers, to participate in timely and careful product selection and packaging in accordance with customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Precisely select products from shelves based on order specifics.
• Package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Ensure accuracy in product quantity and confirm quality before dispatch.
• Organize and restock shelves as needed to maintain inventory levels.
• Keep the store environment clean, tidy, and well-organized.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and established operational procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate efficient order fulfillment.
• Strive to meet daily targets for productivity and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Basic literacy and communication abilities.
• Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights during shifts.
• Availability to work in rotational shifts, inclusive of weekends and holidays when necessary.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.

Shift and Work Schedule

The role involves working 9-hour rotational shifts, including breaks, with one weekly day off.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly fixed salary ranging between INR 19,000 to INR 23,000.
• Incentives based on attendance and work performance, subject to company policies.
• Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) benefits where applicable.
