Picker / Packer

Overview

Blinkit is seeking dedicated Picker & Packer staff to accurately select and prepare customer orders within our store locations across Bangalore. This full-time role requires both freshers and experienced candidates with any educational background to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Select items correctly from store shelves based on customer orders.
• Securely pack products to prevent damage during delivery.
• Check item quantity and quality prior to packing.
• Organize and restock shelves as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store environment.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and standard procedures.
• Collaborate with store colleagues to ensure orders are processed promptly.
• Achieve daily productivity and quality benchmarks.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Basic ability to read and communicate effectively.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting light to moderate weights throughout the shift.
• Adaptable to rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.

Shift and Employment Details

• Nine-hour rotating shifts including breaks.
• One weekly day off.
• Full-time position based in multiple Blinkit stores across Bangalore.
• Preference for immediate joiners.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from 19,000 to 23,000 INR.
