About the Role
Sprs Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Picker and Packer located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This full-time role involves efficiently managing order picking, packing, and loading/unloading operations within the warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately select customer orders from the warehouse inventory.
- Verify product quantity, assess quality, and check expiry dates before packaging.
- Securely pack items ensuring safe dispatch preparation.
- Organize and arrange products systematically in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols within the workplace.
- Update and oversee basic stock and order management tasks.
- Complete all assigned orders within specified timeframes.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- Educational background ranging from 10th Pass, PUC, ITI, Diploma to Degree holders are welcome.
- Candidates must be responsible and must adapt well to a fast-paced working environment.
- Open to freshers willing to learn and grow on the job.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly CTC of ₹20,000 with a take-home salary of ₹16,000.
- Additional attendance bonuses and night shift allowances are provided.
- Opportunities for overtime work are available.
- Employees are entitled to weekly offs, along with ESI and PF benefits.
Other Details
- Work shift duration: 9 hours per day.
- Weekly day off: 1 day per week.
- Immediate joining preferred.
