Interior Site Supervisor

Company Overview

V-SERVE DESIGN & PMC is hiring an Interior Site Supervisor to manage and oversee interior execution activities across project sites on a pan-India basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise interior work progress at construction sites ensuring adherence to design specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and vendors involved in the projects.
• Guarantee that work is carried out as per approved architectural and interior drawings and standards.
• Track daily progress of site activities and ensure projects adhere to scheduled timelines.
• Verify measurements, evaluate materials, and monitor the quality of workmanship on site.
• Resolve day-to-day challenges related to site execution promptly.
• Maintain detailed daily site reports and provide routine updates on progress.
• Liaise regularly with design and project management teams for smooth coordination.
• Manage material consumption effectively to minimize wastage.
• Enforce site safety protocols, maintain cleanliness, and uphold discipline among the workforce.
• Ensure high-quality finishes and timely completion of construction projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in interior site supervision and execution.
• Sound understanding of interior construction methods and finishing techniques.
• Competent in interpreting architectural and interior drawings.
• Strong communication skills enabling effective coordination with teams and contractors.
• Capable of managing and supervising contractors and site laborers efficiently.
• Well-versed with materials, site measurements, and execution practices.
• Available and willing to travel extensively across India as part of the job responsibilities.

Additional Information

• Location: Positions available across India.
• Salary Range: Between ₹18,000 and ₹28,000 per month.
• Interview process is conducted face-to-face only.
