About the Company and Role
Sprs Solutions Pvt Ltd is urgently hiring for multiple roles at Sweggy Instamart, located in Noida. The company seeks both male and female candidates for positions including Picker Packer, Loader, and Store Executive.
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for handling tasks relevant to picking and packing items, loading goods, or managing store operations according to assigned roles at the Instamart facility.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum educational qualification: 10th grade pass
- Only candidates who have already completed schooling are eligible
- Both male and female candidates can apply
- Age range between 18 and 35 years
Salary and Compensation
- Net take-home salary: ₹18,000 per month
- Cost to company (CTC): ₹20,000 per month
Work Schedule
- Rotational shift system with A, C, and G shifts
- Shift timings are 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM respectively
- Monthly working days: 26
- Duty hours per day: 9 hours
