Picker / Packer

Overview

We have urgent openings for permanent full-time Picker / Packer roles at Blinkit Dark Stores. This position requires engaging in various logistic operations such as picking, packing, scanning, sorting, loading, and unloading items within the store.

Work Locations

Multiple sites across Kolkata and nearby areas including Salap, Dumdum, Rajarhat, Siddha Town, Kona Express, Gaillif Street, Ballygunge, Saltlake, Gariahat, CIT Road, Shalimar, Purbalok, New Town, Shibpur, MG Road, as well as all parts of South, North, and Central Kolkata, Howrah, and Hooghly.

Shift Details

The job requires rotating through three shifts: 6 AM to 3 PM, 2 PM to 11 PM, and 9 PM to 6 AM with one day off per week. Shift assignments are mandatory and no fixed timing is guaranteed.

Compensation

Monthly in-hand salary is INR 13,000 plus additional benefits including ESIC and Provident Fund contributions totaling approximately INR 2,500, as well as performance and attendance bonuses. The total monthly remuneration can reach around INR 15,000.

Candidate Requirements

• Gender: Male candidates only; female applicants are not eligible.
• Age Range: 18 to 40 years.
• Education: Minimum completion of 10th or 12th standard.
• Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Documentation: Mandatory to bring Aadhaar card, PAN card, and bank passbook.
