Job Overview
This role involves working within an assigned SBI Bank branch to engage customers and promote SBI Credit Cards. The candidate will be responsible for customer interaction, explaining card features, and assisting with credit card applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate inside the designated SBI Bank branch premises
- Approach and assist customers who are eligible for SBI Credit Cards
- Clearly communicate the features and advantages of SBI Credit Cards
- Drive the acquisition of new credit card applications
- Gather and authenticate customer documents including KYC details
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with both customers and bank staff
- Meet and strive to exceed daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain and submit daily reports on activities and sales performance
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of any degree qualification
- Strong verbal communication abilities
- Basic proficiency in computer operations
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior experience
Compensation
Salary offered ranges from 20,000 to 25,000 INR per month.
