Job Overview

Boots India is seeking dedicated factory workers for the Production, Warehouse, and Dispatch departments located in Chennai. This full-time opportunity involves assisting in manufacturing industrial safety shoes, supporting daily operational activities, and ensuring smooth workflow within factory and warehouse environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide help in the production process and handling of safety footwear materials.
• Load and unload raw materials, cartons, and finished products efficiently and safely.
• Participate in packing, labeling, and preparing items for dispatch.
• Transport materials securely inside the working premises including factory and warehouse.
• Support production team and supervisors with assigned tasks throughout the workday.
• Keep workspaces tidy and organized to uphold workplace standards.
• Arrange and stack inventory within the warehouse appropriately.
• Inspect cartons and goods for any visible defects during handling.
• Comply with instructions from supervisors and management promptly and accurately.
• Adhere to all safety procedures including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Engage in general housekeeping tasks across the factory and warehouse as needed.
