Job Overview
This role involves multiple operational tasks within a retail or warehouse setting, including picking and packing products, cashiering, store assistance, customer support, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve products from storage shelves based on customer or store orders and ensure items are packed neatly and securely.
- Operate the billing counter by scanning items, handling cash and digital payments accurately, and assisting customers with locating products.
- Organize store inventory by properly arranging goods on shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting shoppers on the floor.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to deliver excellent in-store customer service.
- Oversee stock movement in and out of warehouses or storage, maintain accurate records, and conduct regular checks of goods.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration for this position ranges between INR 11,000 and INR 13,000.
