Job description
Role Overview
Blinkit is hiring Picker & Packer staff for several of its stores located throughout Bengaluru. Selected individuals will be responsible for the precise selection and packaging of customer orders, ensuring safe and undamaged delivery. This position is open to candidates from diverse educational backgrounds, including 10th pass, PUC, diploma, or graduate levels. Both newcomers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Duties
- Accurately select products from shelves matching customer orders.
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify the quantity and quality of products before packaging.
- Organize and restock shelves as necessary to maintain inventory levels.
- Keep the store environment clean and well-organized.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and established standard operating procedures.
- Work closely with team members to guarantee timely processing of orders.
- Consistently achieve daily targets related to productivity and quality.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Basic skills in reading and communication.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift light to moderate weights throughout the shift.
- Availability and willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive team-oriented mindset.
Shift and Work Schedule
The role involves working a 9-hour rotating shift, which includes breaks, with one weekly day off.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly remuneration ranging from 19,000 to 23,000 INR.
