Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and reliable Pickers to be part of our warehouse team based in Vikhroli, Mumbai. This role is vital for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders to ensure timely dispatch.

Primary Duties

• Use the warehouse management system to pick products according to customer orders.
• Verify the correct products and quantities before processing.
• Inspect items for quality and accuracy prior to handing over.
• Adhere to storage protocols including proper racking and warehouse procedures.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Collaborate efficiently with packing and inventory teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Comply with all safety and company policies.

Qualifications and Personal Traits

• Basic proficiency in reading English.
• Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
• Comfortable operating within a warehouse setting.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a responsible work ethic.
• Position is open to all genders.

Compensation and Work Conditions

• Monthly CTC of ₹19,500.
