Picker / Packer

About the Role

Bilnkit is seeking a dedicated Picker / Packer to become a vital member of our warehouse and supply chain team based in Amritsar, Punjab. This position involves managing inventory, packing and dispatching orders, and ensuring proper storage and labeling of goods.

Key Duties

• Efficiently pack customer orders and prepare them for dispatch while maintaining accurate stock records.
• Store warehouse items systematically with proper labeling to ensure easy retrieval.
• Conduct quality checks on goods prior to dispatch to maintain service standards.
• Provide training to coworkers on safe handling practices, including the management of any hazardous materials.
• Regularly monitor and update inventory to reflect stock changes accurately.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: Completion of 10th grade.
• Experience ranging from none up to six months is acceptable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize tasks methodically.
• Efficient time management skills to meet operational deadlines.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred for inventory record-keeping tasks.

Compensation & Career Growth

Successful candidates will receive a monthly salary between ₹14,000 and ₹20,000. The role offers potential advancement opportunities within the company.
