Job description
Position Highlights
We are urgently hiring for Picker and Packer roles with Swiggy Instamart, located in various areas across Chennai. This role involves selecting grocery items from shelves and preparing them for delivery packaging. Immediate joining is required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary starting at ₹17,500 per month plus performance incentives.
- Attendance bonus of ₹3,000.
- Overtime pay ranging from ₹90 to ₹120 per hour.
- Night shift allowance provided.
Job Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick grocery items from designated racks based on orders.
- Pack the selected items carefully to prepare for delivery.

Multiple locations across Chennai including Santhome, Santhosh Nagar, Shanthi Colony, Korattur, Chromepet, Thiruvanmiyur, Mogappair, Natham, Anna Nagar, Velachery, Peter's Road, Mugalivakkam, Kovilabakkam, Perambur, Kilpauk Garden, Egmore, Ayyapathagal, Kubren Nagar (Kilkattalai), Perubakkam, CMC Vellore, Senthil Nagar, Perungudi, Kodambakkam, Nugampakkam, Jafferhapet, Ambattur Estate (Nolambur), Anna University, Madambakkam, Chetpet, Sirusri, Kelabakkam, Agaram Then, Raghava Nagar, Nerkundaram, Athipet, Cholamedu, Avadi, Poonamallee, Porur, and Nanganallur.
Shift Timings & Work Type
- Positions available for both part-time and full-time.
- Shifts offered include morning, afternoon/noon, and night.
