Job Overview
We are looking for a Picker to efficiently select products from shelves based on customer orders. This role requires attentiveness to product details and adherence to quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items from inventory shelves as per customer order specifications.
- Verify product details including name, quantity, size, and expiry date before selection.
- Package the chosen products or deliver them to the packing and dispatch teams.
- Utilize mobile or scanner applications to scan products and update order statuses in real time.
- Maintain speed and accuracy to fulfill orders promptly.
- Keep shelving and store areas tidy and organized.
- Notify supervisors about any missing, defective, or unavailable products.
- Adhere to safety protocols and established store procedures consistently.
