Role Overview

Under the guidance of your Team Leader, you will contribute to a vibrant and supportive team environment focused on collaboration and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver rehabilitation and support services within the community to individuals with diverse needs.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to assist clients in achieving rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize knowledge of community service pathways to enhance client support.
• Apply expertise in musculoskeletal, neurological, or vestibular rehabilitation.
• Design and implement gym-based, home-based, and functional rehabilitation programs.
• Evaluate movement patterns and facilitate improvements in strength and mobility.
• Provide care in varied settings including clients’ homes, workplaces, and the wider community.

Candidate Profile

• Hold relevant physiotherapy qualifications with current professional registration and practicing certificate.
• Possess at least two years of experience in vocational and community rehabilitation services.
• Demonstrate advanced clinical reasoning skills and adaptability across diverse client needs.
• Commit to ongoing professional development and learning.
• Exhibit strong client-centered care approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills, engaging effectively with clients, their families, and stakeholders.
