Overview

2Coms Consulting Pvt Ltd. is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and hold necessary educational credentials and licenses.

Primary Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical health, mobility challenges, and functional capabilities.
• Create and execute personalized treatment plans according to individual patient requirements.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, electrotherapy, and other physiotherapeutic methods.
• Track patient progress and modify treatment approaches when necessary.
• Provide guidance and education to patients and caregivers on home-based exercises and preventive health measures.
• Maintain comprehensive and precise patient documentation and treatment records.
• Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Adhere to healthcare standards, safety regulations, and ethical practices consistently.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) is mandatory.
• A Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) is preferred.
• Licensing or registration as required by local regulatory authorities.
• A minimum of 2 years experience working in hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation facilities, or home care environments as a Physiotherapist.
• Solid expertise in physiotherapy methods and treatment techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills facilitating effective interactions.
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a focus on patient-centered care.
• Competence in analytical thinking and problem solving relevant to patient treatment.

Compensation

The monthly salary offered ranges from INR 30,000 to INR 40,000.
