Fold is a Qatar-based brand dedicated to reimagining the traditional taste of dates and sweets, blending cultural heritage with innovative flavors and presentation. The company is rapidly expanding through new outlets and distribution channels and aims to strengthen its creative leadership.
Role Overview
We seek a Photographer & Videographer with expertise in food imagery and storytelling to produce visual content that vividly showcases Fold's products, interiors, and experiences. This hands-on creative position involves planning shoots, styling, managing lighting, capturing photos and videos, and performing edits for diverse media including social platforms, e-commerce, advertising campaigns, and print materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling product and food photographs emphasizing texture, flavor, and aesthetic presentation.
- Produce short videos, reels, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Develop visual content supporting product launches, seasonal promotions, retail locations, and branded events.
- Maintain consistency with Fold's brand visual style while introducing innovative creative concepts.
- Deliver final visual assets optimized for various formats and distribution channels.
- Organize and maintain a content library ensuring systematic file naming and archival practices.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in food or product photography and videography.
- Demonstrate confidence in photographic composition, styling, use of studio and natural lighting.
- Be proficient in Photoshop, Lightroom, and video editing tools like Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Have prior experience generating content tailored for social media, e-commerce platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to color accuracy, framing, editing quality, and maintaining visual cohesiveness.
- Show excellent planning skills and ability to work collaboratively with marketing and operations teams.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in food, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- Willingness to work on-site in Doha with flexibility to accommodate occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekend assignment requirements.
