About the Role
Join Teamspace Financial Services Private Limited as a Phone Banking Officer based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role involves assisting customers by addressing their queries and concerns effectively over the phone, working for the captive contact centre of a reputed premium bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers in resolving their banking-related questions and issues via telephone communication.
- Provide accurate account information and guide customers through various banking transactions over the phone.
- Engage in promoting, upselling, and cross-selling banking products as part of the customer interaction process.
- Maintain professionalism and demonstrate strong communication skills to handle diverse customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Effective telephone communication skills with the ability to manage multiple customer queries efficiently.
- Customer service orientation and confidence in handling banking related issues telephonically.
- Experience or familiarity with banking products would be advantageous.
Additional Details
Employment is onsite in Chennai. Salary range is between INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 per month.
