Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist with relevant healthcare certification and experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role involves performing blood collection procedures and managing samples with precision and safety.

Qualifications & Experience

• Possession of a Diploma or Certification in Phlebotomy, Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT), or a related healthcare field.
• 1 to 3 years of pertinent work experience is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of procedures for blood collection and handling of samples.
• Strong adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional and composed approach in dealing with patients.
• Meticulous attention to detail ensuring correct sample identification and record keeping.
• Willingness to travel as needed for conducting home sample collections.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, pathology labs, or other healthcare settings is an advantage.
• Familiarity with collecting blood samples at patients’ homes is a plus.
• Capability to work autonomously and efficiently handle multiple sample collections.
