Job Overview
Thyrocare Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dedicated Phlebotomists for home collection services in Bangalore. This role involves handling blood sample collection and related procedures, with flexible shift timings available.
Work Schedule and Compensation
- Full-time shift: 6 AM to 2 PM
- Part-time shift: 6 AM to 11 AM
- Payment structure: ₹150 per sample collection
- Minimum guaranteed collections: 185 samples per month
Candidate Eligibility
- Mandatory qualifications: Diploma or Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/MLT); candidates with B.Sc Nursing or GNM qualification will also be considered
- At least 6 months of experience performing blood collection using a vacutainer system is required
- Experience in home collection services is preferred
- Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle and a valid driving license is essential
- Must be willing to travel within the designated area
Key Responsibilities
- Collect blood samples safely and efficiently
- Conduct ECG procedures
- Complete Medical Examination Reports (MER) forms accurately
- Label samples correctly and ensure their timely delivery to the lab
- Maintain hygiene and adhere to proper cold-chain protocols during sample handling and transportation
